NALTEC host-based printing technology is based upon the architecture which uses the resources of the host PC's maximum power and reduces the load of the printer controller. This architecture enables the printer controller to be constructed compactly at low cost.
In addition to NALTEC N1, N4 or N8, a page printer controller can be composed by a few other parts such as SDRAM, data flash ROM, EEPROM, DC-DC regulator, oscillator, etc.
